Tell Me More Our research The Natarajan laboratory investigates the fundamental process of cell fate specification during development and differentiation at single-cell level. We focus on understanding general paradigms of cell state and fate specification, with a particular interest in crosstalk between cell cycle and transcriptional regulation. --> We apply and develop a wide variety of experimental and computational tools to study mechanisms involved in cell fate specification in embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent cells but also across cellular differentiation.
